Internal application terms
Effective October 13, 2026. These terms govern the private internal pilot and are not a commercial service agreement.
Purpose and access
The Bloodline Workflow Studio — Private Gmail Pilot is an owner-operated, private prelaunch tool for reading specifically authorized business inquiries and preparing administrative drafts. It is not currently open to outside users or customers.
Google account authorization
The account owner chooses whether to grant or revoke the requested Gmail permissions. Granting permission does not authorize the tool to send unrestricted messages, charge customers, enter agreements, or release files. Such actions remain disabled in the founder monitor.
Security and acceptable use
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive secrets through the testing workflow. Any detected unsafe request is held for manual review.
Availability
The tool is in development and may be unavailable during security updates, connectivity issues, or Google authorization expiry. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Commercial transactions
Any future $350 One Workflow Tune-Up engagement requires its own scope, written agreement, payment verification, and delivery rules. These internal app terms do not create a customer purchase or service obligation.
