Privacy notice
Effective October 13, 2026. This notice describes our current owner-operated private pilot; public customer enrollment is not available.
Controller and contact
Bloodline Workflow Studio operates the private internal Gmail assistant. Contact bloodlineworkflow@gmail.com about information practices or deletion requests.
Data the application requests and why
When the account owner authorizes Gmail access, the system may retrieve selected Gmail message identifiers, sender and recipient addresses, subjects, timestamps, labels, and relevant plain-text message bodies. It uses these data to recognize business inquiries, prevent duplicate processing, identify unsafe messages, and prepare clarification drafts.
The app also requests Gmail sending permission for controlled owner-authorized testing. The currently installed founder-only read-and-draft monitor does not send outgoing mail automatically. Any future customer-facing send workflow must be separately authorized and reflected in this notice before activation.
Storage, access, and security
Private test records and drafts are maintained in a restricted local folder on the owner's Mac. Google OAuth credentials are stored in protected local credential facilities, including the macOS login Keychain. The software is designed to avoid recording token values in logs. This is a private, prelaunch test, not a public email-processing service.
Sharing and limited use
Google user data is used only for the described inbox handling and drafting purposes, consistent with the account owner's authorization. The application does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Any additional processor or external AI service would require an updated notice and appropriate authorization before data transfer.
Retention and deletion
Some private inquiry data and processing receipts remain on the owner's Mac while testing and recovery checks are required. A production retention schedule has not yet been finalized. The owner can request review or deletion of locally held records by contacting the address above; certain security and transaction audit records may need separate review before removal.
Your choices
The Google account owner can revoke the app's Gmail authorization through Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops new authorized Gmail reads and sends; it does not automatically erase already-stored local records. Contact us for deletion assistance.
Updates
This notice describes current private-test operation. We will review and update it before any broader deployment or material change to how Google user data is used.
